Both have been rebuilt. A "D0" is certainly 1970, hence no way oe on a 1963. I looked outside on my spares shelf and my 1966 car has a starter with a c5 nose cone and a c3 motor. Sorry! Keep looking. I might suggest striking up a friendship with a local parts guy and go thru his stock because that is where I found my spare starter for my car. Buy it for $24.95/15.00 core, repaint and put on the correct color stamps and you have saved probably $2-300 over the restoration electrical shops.
