Default AR to TX title transfer
I have a customer that just bought a Lone Star from Arkansas. It is titled as a 1998 LCS(make) 427(model) RD(body). In the remarks section it says "CD exceeds mechanical limits." When I do a car, I have them put "1965 Cobra Replica." This makes them emissions exempt. How does he go about getting this registered AND inspected in Harris (emission) County? New Cobras I don't have a problem with, but I have never had a car with an existing title. Thanks.
