Default Suddenly wont start.
Parked it for two weeks, and the starter wont turn over. All I get is a raspberry sound from the solenoid.

I charged the battery.
Changed the solenoid.
I am getting 13.6 at the battery and between the solenoid prongs.
I tightened the ground on the starter(it was already tight)

I dont know where to go from here...Any ideas?
