Thanks for the link - Hmmmmm....such a complex matter that should be so simple. According to the link, I'm not saved by the year of the engine, in addition to the fact that the engine has been altered.

My scenario also has an interesting feature - I purchased my Cobra from CA when I was in AZ - AZ doesn't have smog issues, but coming back to CA.........So, here's another question - if one has a replica registered in any other state and moves to CA, is that person required to pass a smog test or secure an SB100 to avoid having to pass?
