Not ignorant dude. That's precisely why I'm questioning this whole scenario. Sounds like a scam to me. As I stated in my original post, this guy technically does not won the car since he has no title in his name, and does not have possession of the vehicle.
Just wondering if anybody else has had funky dealings like this.
