I was trying to pick which shots you were talking about that show the lizard skin finish. Which pics. were you referring to?

Also have you tried out your demisters yet? I'm curious whether the air inlet at one end would hinder demisting over a central connection.

I'm looking to fabricate ducts too and was leaning towards how you've made yours but wasn't sure if these would work.
