One more thing everyone needs to be aware of. If you gonna track your car - even for the occasional track day - make sure you have a Road Race oil pan. They can be bought for about any motor used in our Cobras for less than $300, and they will insure good oil pressure through the hardest corners. Basically they are baffled inside and have a special pickup to keep the oil from sloshing around. I found out this weekend my Viper does not have one - did not hurt anything but I could have if I was not paying attention to the gauges.
