Default Welcome back, Jerry

Welcome back, for as many times as it takes to get you to see the wisdom of your ways . . . LOL.

If you look at the thread just above this one, you'll see that some of us are crazy enough to go out in the 117* weather . . . Mt. Charleston was a bit cooler though, only 93* that day. Scott and Doug and the guys are right, we don't usually try for anything collective in the HOT! months. Some of us (Doug) have air conditioned garages and can do "summer upgrades", most just wait it out.

There are a lot of various brands of Cobras' in town to look at and I know all here will be happy to show you their's . . . from "donor builds" to $100K masterpieces.

Like Doug said, there are definately split groups with a lot of cross-over. Racers, cruisers, 100 mile breakfast (like, let's go eat breakfast and then go to Laughlin) guys and the occasional car shows.

Keep checking this forum and the www.vegascobras.com site and also the www.ffcobra.com, "southwest" region and you'll for sure find an event or gathering coming up real soon that you are more then welcome to join so you can put faces with cars and posts.

And when stopped for a vehicle inspection and asked why the brake pedal seemed to go just a little to close to the floor, the response was:

"I didn't buy this car to stop . . . it doesn't have anything on it that doesn't make it go faster!"
