Default Anyone install a Brake Vacuum Reservoir?

Has anyone mounted a brake vacuum reservoir in their BDR? When I slam on the brakes really hard, my engine wants to die which causes my brakes to fail.
I have been playing with the rear floats on the carb in case I am getting fuel slosh. So far I have had no luck. I am going to try the little Holley carb “splash shield” but have not installed it yet. I tried the old trick of routing a hose from front to rear bowl carb vents and put a breather in the top of the hose. Trying this method filled my engine with fuel to the point of hydrolic lock in about 10 seconds. (Not fun).
The next thing I want to try is installing a vacuum reservoir. Looking for suggestions on engine compartment location and type of reservoir you may have used.

Thanks!
