SO,,, moving the battery to the rear? Be advised, my positive cable was routed really close to driveshaft where it connects to the rear end. Well, "How close was it?" SO close the rotating drive shaft coupling chewed a hole in the insulation and left interesting 'burn marks' all along the coupling. Strangely, I never experienced any problems but discovered the potential for a BIG problem one day when I had to pull the trans...

You've been warned!

PS Looks like a 'tie wrap' broke that held the cable in place. Might want to use something 'heavy duty' or maybe a couple of tie wraps, as the case might be.
