Default Why Doug?

Doug D, what's the problem, and why do you want to mount a pressure regulator there? Your fuel pump should put out 6-8psi with the car running. Do you have a gauge between the pump and carb? Ir you are running a double feed carb you can get a line with a gauge built on. The regulators are more for electric fuel pumps that run at a high pressure and more volume. Regulators are mounted on the inner fenderwell not the motor, with 2 lines going to the carb bowls. Some even have a fuel return line back to the tank. Hope this helps, If you are having a running problem you may need a carb adjustment. Rick L.
