Ford should have realised they already have the basics for excellent engines. All they have to do is learn how to cast aluminium engine blocks and how to assemble those blocks using o-rings instead of bits of cardboard.
My money is on a re-introduced but updated older design V8 using latest technology.
Just like ermm...what's their name did.
And....I'll be a really happy little vegemite if that happens.
