Scott, are you sure about only 150 homes? Can you imagine how busy the water, and sewer pipes are???????LOL. When I lived in San Francisco I would sometimes take the bus through Chinatown. Sometimes looking at the apartment building windows you would see rows of bunks like a submarine. I would always wonder how many people live there?
