The COT's are built and sold by Nascar. Most all the chassis components have a chip/number, no more cheetin' or coming up with your own better design. The motors will soon be sealed with all the parts, chiped/ numbered. All this stuff is sold thu Nascar, more money for Nascar. Funny how all the drivers from the other racing series are running to nascar , like bugs to a zapper. But the fans keep eatin it up, buyin' Tshirts and the latest diecast car of the week. Never underestimate the stupidity of the American public.
