Not to hi-jack your thread.. "Quote" Rates aren't that bad.... I sell Real Estate for a living and live six miles from the ocean. $900 a year for 300k home.. Try $4000-$6000 a year here in Palm Beach County for $300,000 CBS a frame house probably more . Jacksonville must be like living in old Florida "cheap-sunny & plenty of old folks
