Default Throwout bearing grinding

Hello All,

I would like to find out if any of you have experienced this situation. I am running a Tilton Hydraulic bearing with my toploader. When I first set the bearing up and tested it everything was fine. I then had to remove the tranny and to fix an oil pressure issue. While the tranny was out I did not touch any of the adjustments. I then reinstalled the tranny and bleed the system numbers of times.

After driving the car around the block for about 10 min. I noticed it was hard put it into 1st gear. Then became impossible. I shutdown the motor and engaged 1st with the clutch without a problem. When I started the motor with the clutch pressed I get a grnding noise like the pressure plate is not disengaging the clutch all the way. I got the car back home and re bleed the system and all was well then started acting up again. I have been experiencing this problem now off and on.

My question is .... Is it possible I will have to adjust the pedal stop to allow more travel to correct this problem?

I really dont see any leaks in the system.
