Default 427 heating problems
I have shell valley with 1963 427 fe stroked with 428 crank,Running a CSR electric water pump,195 degree super stant,aluminum radiator from shell valley.Engine heats to around 220 when driving down road seems to climb more when you run engine harder but when you stop at red light engine temp drops back down most of the time,timing is set to about 32 degrees before top dead center,Wondering if waterpump is my problem,has anyone had problems with csr pumps? Any suggestions,Thank You.
