Thumbs up It's on it's way !!

I'm tracking the flight and it is enroute from Mebourne to
Sydney. They have to stop there to pick up some
unimportant crap then they will be on the way here.
It is to land in LAx by 9:30am.

I can't stand this!!!! The next two days are going to be
crazy@%@$#^@&#%@$

Stu, The RF site is currently be redone. I have seen the prototype and it is very good and informative.
I have not seen the Cav site as they were not an option when I bought. Still you must look at all the components and compare
them to one another. It's the same here as for a Cobra kit. You have to get what you believe is the best choice for your needs.
For me it was the RFGT40. I did see the Cav car up close at the Knotts show. It is a good car.
There was just certain thing about the RF car that suited me more. I can't tell you which kit is best all I can tell you is to make sure you look close and find the things you appreciate about one or the other.

As far as the transmissions go.. the RF uses an Audi 5000 box
which is made by ZF company in Germany. This trans is a proven winner for this application. They are also dirt cheap here in the States. You can expect to pay $250 to $500 for a used box.

I hope this helps

Your Friend,
Hershal
