It is not laughter.

There are no splines in the casting, the splines are on the studs ( well at least they used to be ). It is a press fit and 10 tons is minimum to press them in. If the nuts were tight in the first place, there is little to go wrong.

Where did you get the rotors?
Are they remans or used?
Are you using the correct lug nut for the type of wheel you have?
Did you use a torque wrench when the nuts were installed?

Don't take this next question wrong but, "does someone not like you or the car?"

Did you put wheel locks on each assembly and are they loose?

May I suggest you go with the simple and work up to the hard to believe.
