Mike,
General Batiste (Bernies favourite General) had some words to say about it, Brian McGough was compared (by Limbaugh) to a suicide bomber, Wesley Clark was called the 'Mad Bomber of Bosnia' by Limbaugh after Clark had some words for Limbaugh. Jon Soltz is the chairman of Vote Vets (they say they are non-partisan, but so far I only see DNC support) and he and his group were insulted. You've said before that you can't be bothered to read every link I post, so feel free to look them up yourself if you really want. Obviously some very public soldiers were insulted by his comments. You can accuse them of being partisan (I would agree), but there are many other non-public soldiers who can also have partisan feelings one way or the other. I'm sure that a number of soldiers were also insulted by the General Betray Us stunt that Move On pulled.

Personall, I think that they should all grow a thicker skin. I'm from the 'stick and stones' school of thought. Limbaugh has insulted plenty of people with military service. He seems to call everyone who disagrees with him some sort of name. Do you agree with doing that?

My cousin, two guys from work, and a friends son are all busy in Iraq or Afghanistan. 3 of the 4 are against our current policies. At least one of them thinks Limbaugh is an idiot, but I don't know what any of them think about the phony soldiers comment, or about the Move On ad. I probably won't get the chance to find out for a long time.

Steve
