That is very interesting... so is the timing. IAEA gets new officers 9/21, IAEA is supposed to meet in Iran over the P1-P2 Uranium enrichment issue at Bushehr on 9/24-9/25, the Russians have been complaining that Iran is behind on the cash, the Israeli air ops, diverted North Korean shipment of 'cement'
, Russian pulls out... all in the same month Bushehr was scheduled to go online (postponed many times). Things that make you go 'Hmmm'.
