I had another thought. A customer came in in an import with one of those cans on it. Claiming it was way to loud. It had the softest little purr to it. I asked him what he meant by loud, and then he showed me the 0000 steelwool stuffed up inside of the can. I hooked a piece of welding rod, and just pulled it all out. SIMPLE!
