As mentioned, another example of someone exihibiting great rain-driving skill was Pedro Rodriguez. I remember my good friends John Wyer and John Horsman telling me about the great admiration they had with Pedro and Jackie Ickyx. This video illustrates that admiration when JW narrated the rain-drenched 1970 Brands Hatch race. Having driven a turbocharged car in the rain, I can appreciate what Pedro could do wth the 917.
