Not knowing the engine, not knowing whether you're using hydraulic, solid, roller, or what, and not knowing what the intended purpose of the cam is, and having to guess at what the true exhaust lobe lift number is (.3789 can't be right) I can definitively say it's perfect (for someone at least, maybe not you).
Seriously, here's a rough graph of the lobes. Can you fill in the blanks on what it is you're going to be using it for and with?
