Keep it very simple.

Open and blend the feed hole from the oil pump into the block.
Restrict the oil to the rocker arms with a Holley jet or a piece of round stock - something in the range of .070-.090 is normally adequate. I still like to roll the corner of the main bearing feed to match the hole in the bearing - no need to remove much metal - just detail them over.

IMHO - Everything else is optional or in some cases of no value at all.
