Gday Bruce - Not sure if this helps, but this is what I did.

Double toggle switch for lights, park and then lights on. and I kept the high\low beam switching on the stalk (the indicator stalk). Also did away with the wiper stalk (toggle switch for that also) and flipped the indicator\high\low beam stalk to the left hand side, which was easy to do with the barina column.
