Lucas three-way toggles can cover the lights (off/parking/head lights) and wipers. For the instrument (panel) lights some interpretations of the ADRs suggest that they must have a dimming (as well as on/off) function. The Moss Guide gives the MGA 1960: push pull and turn switch of that period for about a $100.00. That is if you want to have the period look. High/beam can be directed to the indicator stalk-needing only one then.
