Nothing about Nuremburg equates to Iraq.There WERE defendants at Nuremburg that WERE just following orders and were found not guilty off.Others CLAIMING to be following orders were found to be complicate and were found guilty.

There is no constitution in awar.Get that thru your skull.

And exactly what part of chain of command don't you get?
