my rh signal has never worked consistantly either, more not, than working...I don't believe relays, bulbs, or grounds are the problem. Both sides would be likely affected. I believe it's something in the mechanism in the wheel, that I haven't gotten around to fooling with yet. Several times have come very close to getting creamed while making a turn...and have received an extreme amount of hand gestures and cussing out. (Can't blame them!) With the tiny wheel in these, you need both hands on it to make a tight turn.
