You can make a grape like jelly from the blossoms. What? You did not know it had blossoms? Beautiful, purple, grape-smelling blossoms...like Wisteria, in fact, I believe they are related....
Sorry about the detour...back to work... Friends of mine in San Diego said they could see the flames from their home...prolly gonna bail. So sad.
