I am trying to pave it but I have to deal with my 2 neighbors...Its a private road with the just the 3 houses, and private roads can be tricky...neighbors!!!
Our developer screwed us out of the paving and one of the "partners" died suddenly last week!!
Maybe the neighbors are afraid I will turn it into a drag strip and have a cobra only party!!
