Thanks--ya beat me to the punch. Dave Friedman's "COBRA: The Shelby American Original Archives 1962-1965" covers a lot of this AND it shows that quite a few colors were in evidence.
BUTT I yam sticking to "basic black" as shown in your above. HOWEVER----I sure wouldn't mind adding that green and cream-colored accessory as shown in Warren's peerless photo!
