Chuck if it's going to take that long you might as well wait.

My car went through the process the CHP kept the Kirkham supplied VIN.

Rodney,
The DMV gave all that paperwork back because they have it in the system now and you will need it after you get the SB100 cert to take to CHP for VIN verification.
