You might try the Gasholes forum at Gasholes.com. The clue there is the hat the driver has on in the picture. It takes a Gashole to know one.
And, based on the shape of the body hind quarters and rear wheel arch, as a guess I'd say it's a Unique Motorcars Cobra to help Narrow it down even further, as well as the fact that it has Compomotive wheels on it and two-round tail lights in the rear makes me think even more the car is a Unique. The Orange color takes it to whole new level of unique Unique. Or, who knows...
