1) The MC pistons are allowed to fully return, the balance par is perpendicular to the MC pushrods when the pedal is fully depressed and the bar does not bind at any point during travel correct?
This is correct

2) I sounds like you bled them correctly (you where careful not to open the bleeders to much right?).
I did not open them too much 1/8 – ¼ turn (I even purchased speed bleeders with no luck)

3) If you master cylinder reserviors are remote, they are mounted above the master cylinders with no point of the line connecting the two below the MC correct?
They are mounted on the firewall (this is above the M/C)

4) Did you put in residual pressure valve and if so, what psi rating?
No residual pressures are installed. (Do I need them? I thought this was for reservoirs below the M/C)

5) chroming of Master Cylinders
I rebuilt the cylinders and no leaks. I am looking to change the cylinders but don’t know which 1 to buy Tilton or Wilwood

No proportioning valve are installed
