Yes it is a DAX chassis and body from 1986, but the tunnel section (reinforcing) is my implementation.
The new DAX type MK4 have also some reinforcement's. The DeDion types have a total different suspensions, front and rear.

I did some stress calculations with SolidWorks and this was the best result that fits my Cobra, you know space it restricted.
Next summer I will test it on the track but I am pretty confident of the results.

The clutch, this one of the difficult areas to solve in our cars.
At the drawings section and other areas you can see my components and some drawings, but as you have notice those are for the Chevy.

Right now I am pretty please with the results because I get only 17Kg force at the pedal with a pedal travel of 140 mm.
Probably you will need to use the tab "Type 2" (Ford setup)

I have update the spread sheet with the Inches and Pounds units (ASE units?), so you can download from my site and use the right tab.
