OK Guys & Girls,
We are still hosting the Labor Day (Sunday)DSCC pot luck Bar-B-Q. It's time to commit. Let us know (e-mail
captainjack@cyou.com, by posting here on the forum or by phone 850-537-4443) if you are going to attend and what you are going to bring.
We will supply the chicken and have arranged for our local chicken man to cook (this guy is a chicken cooker expert). We will also supply the ice, paper plates & stuff like that. And, the pool & hot tub. (We won't let Chicken Man in either)
We even have a friend bringing her famous Kaluah ice cream. Maybe if you don't attend it will mean more ice cream for us!!!
Our own DSCC El Presidente will be here with his new engine from Southern Automotive. A master Ford mechanic will be here to answer all your questions. And, we have a pretty good backroad cruise planned if you are so inclined (about 50 miles).
Oh yeah, did I mention beautiful weather. Yes the 5 weeks of afternoon washouts appears to be over. This means the grass will slow down and I won't have to spend time mowing instead of partying!
Anyway, enough rambling. Come on out and join us and the 5 Cobras we know are attending.
