Unless you are running AFR heads, it will be virtually impossible to find an off-the-shelf option. I, like many others, run the Edelbrock Victor Jr. heads. Good heads but the exhaust ports are configured quite differently than the AFRs. If I ever have to swap motors/heads someday, I will go to the AFR not so much because they are a slightly better performing head, but because I can buy the AFR-configured header for them that match-up to the ports.

Like STCinc said above, fabbing your own might be the best solution (though not the easiest and certainly not the most economical).
