No, unfortunately. There actually is
ONLY one file for the photo...the larger one that you uploaded.
Since it would display w-a-a-y off screen because of its size... the Gallery software "creates" a smaller version for display when it senses an image that is too large.
It is rendered when you view it...so, it is not a separate image file.
