Too late. Just finished my breakfast. 1/4 cantaloupe, a banana, two egg beater Spanish omelet with no-fat cheese, an English muffin, 6 oz of apple juice and black coffee. UMMMMMMMMMM gud

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
To tell you the truth, I cannot eat as much volume of food at one sitting as I used to do before I started eating "healthier" about 5 years ago. But I've never missed a meal
Happy Thanksgiving. Time for a haircut so I can look semi-presentable at the high school football game and at dinner tomorrow. Only about 10 family and friends this year.
