"Near perfect" means that inside the spokes is not polished; chrome plated, yes. Inside the spokes is not needed for a beautiful rim. The people that do the rims specialize in rims for other high end cars like BMW, MB, Hummer, etc. "luxury cars" so "doing it right the first time" is their standard mode of operation.
