It takes less than a minute. You just pull the springs off with your fingers and then lift the pan right off (it requires a little maneuvering, but not much). No need to remove the air cleaner, or anything else for that matter. I tune my carb with a vacuum gauge. I honestly don't know how I would get the hose on the base of my Holley with my fat stubby fingers if the Turkey Pan was on there. Being able to pull it off makes a huge difference when working on the carb.
