I'm all for driving a car until it's not worth repairing anymore. With the price of premium lately, I drive my 94 RX-7 less and drive my wife's 91 Sentra more. And those wonderful greener emissions are not without cost. I replaced the Sentra's entire exhaust system including labor for about 2/3 the cost of the catalytic converter on our 98 Accord. Luckily I have been able to reset the Accord's computer a few days before emissions inspections and avoided replacing the converter twice so far. That Canadian guy would love me, I drive around knowing that my emissions system is messed up for over 2 years without fixing it.
