That woman now goes around the block to another street where she can run the stop signs if she sees me ahead of her. She finally ran the one that enters the Boulevard and some guy in a pick up slid to a stop and I guess he yanked her out of the SUV and they really had a scene and she got a ticket which she most likely threw away. But I haven't seen her for several weeks now and I used to see her every day. Good riddance if she got hit and removed from the highway.

Hypothetically speaking, it is a good thing you don't live in this state. Your right to pursue ends at another persons property line and then you call the police and they handle it. If you go ahead and barge in, and especially into a home then you are going to go away in a body bag and no charges will be filed against the home owner. Has happened before and the court ruled the person chasing the other one had no right to enter his property no matter what his grievance was, he should have stopped at the property line and called the police. If the property is posted it is even more strict. And I have mine posted and barb wire along the top of the fence that I can turn the charger on and electrify, all at the suggestion of our police Captain. It was immediately challenged by a group of dopers who used to jump my fence to avoid the police and they didn't even call me about it, just told their lawyer that as long as the juice was not fatal, it was not only legal but if they did jump then fence I have the right tom protect myself using whatever means of force necessary. Since I am old and my health is bad, that leaves only a gun. It has now been three years since I have even seen a doper around here. And one of them was shot and dumped into the river a few years ago. And like Buzz, if we were neighbors I am sure we would gt along fine as if I had any thing that was coming onto your property and causing problems I wold take care of it myself when you told me about it.
Edit: Bill don't take this as an argument from me. I am sure that your state interpets their laws different from this one. Every state is different from California. I made none of my statements with any intention of malice or arguing, just to point out that as you earlier stated, we are in different positions. Hope that I haven't offended you as that was not the intent.
