I know ...I know there is alot of "information" in here about the advantages of carbs and fuel injection . I will be driving a SP with a 351 Ford Racing 385hp (M-6007-351) in the Pacific Northwest at elevations that range between sea level and 7000' in the Cascades. Currently the engine will come with a Holly 650 and be put together in Reno. I haven't owned a auto with a carb for ??? 15-20 years. I am not interested in maximum performance just trouble free Sunday drives....soooo, will the carb give adequate performance and reasonable fuel economy or do I need to go with a fuel injection system given the changes in altitude ?? Car will only be driven in warm +60 degree weather. Thanks in advance for your advice...
