Madmaxx - I see 430/470 for the 402SR and 450/485 for the 402SR W/TW. Go for the 402SR W/TW.

Ed - Good question. I'm not sure what heads come on the 402SR W/TW.
Eric - I would think that the IR would be smoother at idle. Sound wise, I can't tell much difference between the 427 Roush and the 402.
