It sounds like you are using regular air and not Nitrogen. If your service guy put 35psi and you drove home and rechecked the tires hot it would have read a higher pressure because of the moisture in air and the heat of the tire.With Nitrogen you get less increase in air pressure in the tire when it heats up.No moisture. We use to use bleeders mounted in the rims also but thats more of a race item.As far as pressure it depends on the speed you want to drive at to less and you will sacrifice stability at higher speeds but gain traction on take off. i would run your fronts with alittle more pressure +2psi. but mess with it and find what the car and you like best.
