trs900,

I bought an 08 GT500 in December for 3K over MSRP. For California that is a good price. I love the car. The torque band is very wide. Pulls real hard in 2nd and 3rd. A couple of things: the dual disk clutch engages higher than I'm used to so starts in first takes some getting used to. The TKO6060 6 speed shifts are short and true. It is great fun. Only other thing is the spacing of the fender lips to tires are too high. I'd like to drop the front about 2 inches and the rear about an inch and a half. But I don't want to mess up the ride quality. The ride now is stable and firm yet not harsh. I've heard Eibach makes a set of lowering springs so I need to find someone who has installed them to see how they effect ride quality. Until then stock springs stay in.

Hope this helps, FIA Mike
