I like some of the changes, with the fines, and qualifying. The tires not being able to be rolled freely, I don't really understand. I don't remember any issues with this. pushing the car all the way down pit road does create a safety hazard, so I can see that one. Fuel cell size doesn't matter to me. Engines, I still think that they teams should have more freedom to build their engines, but then again it does become a matter of who has more money then.
