I support myself on the transmission tunnel with one hand ,the other on the body just above the door on the fender and push myself up and then extract my legs.( I WOULD'NT LEAN ON THE DOOR,I HAVE SEEN TOO MANY BROKEN) I have even had steeriing wheel broken by grabbing that to get out.
